I can't open the email attachment
The access data for your locker can be found in the email attachment entitled “School Locker Access Data”. To open the attachment, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge here. If you do not wish to download the program, we would also be happy to send you the access data by post. Click here to request the access data to be resent by post.
I can't open my locker.
Please check whether the locker rental fee has been paid, otherwise we may have changed the lock. You should also ensure that your child is using the correct number combination and, if required, request this again here. Ask your child to take special note of the locker number so that they do not try inadvertently to open another locker. If you need any help please call us at +49 (0)34345/7295-0. Please have the lock number to hand (on rear of padlock).
If you have a cylinder lock, you should check whether the key is faulty or the lock is blocked in some way.
My locker is faulty
